*Onsite registration includes three breakfasts, three lunches, one dinner, two receptions, and coffee breaks. Additionally, you will have access to the post-PDI on-demand, recorded content that will be available until February 1, 2025.
Note: If you just renewed your membership or have newly joined ASMC, please allow 72 hours for our system to recognize you as a member. If you believe your membership is current but have difficulty registering, please check that your membership has not accidentally lapsed.
Registration Refund Policy
Registration fees are refundable until May 1, 2024, less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for requests received after May 1, 2024. Requests for refunds should be submitted to ASMC@eventpowersupport.com.
Substitution Policy
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. There will be a $25 administrative fee for processing the substitution request. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for updating any contact information. Requests for substitutions should be submitted to ASMC@eventpowersupport.com by May 17, 2024. No substitutions will be accepted after this date.
Changing your registration from onsite attendee to virtual attendee is allowed until May 1, 2024. Please email requests to ASMC@eventpowersupport.com by May 1, 2024. There will be a $25 administrative fee for any transaction requiring a refund including transferring from in person to virtual attendance or change of payment method. ASMC does not accept registrations or payments over the phone.
After Friday, May 17, 2024, you will no longer be able change your registration from onsite to virtual or make substitutions. Onsite attendees must be registered and paid in full by May 26th at 11:59 pm ET in order to check in for PDI 2024 onsite. If you are not registered and paid in full you will not be able to pick up your badge until your registration is paid.

The group point of contact (POC) will receive an email with a link to the group portal with instructions on registering attendees within 48 business hours. Attendees should register themselves via the instructions provided in the group POC email.
The group portal creation will end on COB MST on May 8, 2024. After May 8, attendees must register individually.
Attendee lists will not be imported. Attendees themselves or POCs must register each attendee. Attendees will be able to pay separately for add-ons per instructions upon completion of their registration. Session selection and hotel reservations cannot be made until registration is complete.
Cardholder/Third Party Payments
To process a registration or registrations which need to be paid for by a cardholder, please have the attendee register and forward the invoice emailed to the card holder who will then be able to use the direct link to pay the registration fees.
Session Selection
You will be able to select your sessions once registered for PDI 2024 using the MY AGENDA tool in your portal once available. Onsite sessions will have limited space and are on a first come, first serve basis. Virtual session attendance will not be limited. PDI officially kicks off with the Opening General Session on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 8:00am MST followed by Community Day.

Special Requests
SF-182
Your agency may require you to fill out an SF-182 “Authorization, Agreement and Certification of Training” form. ASMC does not require this form and cannot guide you on your agency requirements to fill out the form. If you need a signature for your SF-182 you can bring it to PDI 2024 in Phoenix and we will sign it for you.
